Sync your songs through windows media player thats what did the trick for me
no more duplicates
**also make sure that you uncheck every option in xbox music settings**

Before format your SD Card, copy all from your SD what you want to preserve to SD on your PC.

After format your SD Card back your apps, music, image etc. from PC on SD Card.

Depends, really. You'll want to download the Update 3 Preview before downloading the Lumia Black update to ensure a quicker and easier transition. Update 3 doesn't need Wi-Fi, why should Black?

I directly migrated from Amber to Black and the size of the direct update from Amber is around 200 MB. WP doesn't allows to download that much using cellular data. Isn't it?
