Nokia 521 Shuts off when Streaming Music

My Nokia 521 keeps shutting off when I stream music especially when not connected to WIFI. Such a hassle when walking. Is it Pandora or T-Mobile or the phone that's the problem?

Network problem. Its like calling someone on viber. It can be done but as its an "over the air" app you will get drop outs now and then
