Nokia Camera/Skype update yesterday?

Anyone know what the Nokia Camera and Skype updates last night. Kind of odd to get these updated but No Cyan 8.1 update on a Lumia Icon.

App updates and OS updates are two different things.

I know app and OS are two different things. But these were two MS app updates. Why update them unless you don't plan on updating the OS for awhile. Today a Lumia Tip and Help app was sent.

You're still making no sense. Why does it matter if MS updates apps but not the OS? The apps get updated with bug fixes and other things. Not having Cyan is not a reason not to update the app.

Same company, different systems,, neither works on the Icon. You're waiting on Verizon, not Microsoft. Sorry mate.
