just read the news on website that nokia challenge sony to #camera duel between xperia Z2 vs nokia lumia 1020.

i own lumia 920 myself. Just want to know what do you think the result become?
would be xperia z2 photo shoot can beat lumia 1020 photo shoot?

Seems unfair comparing against the 1020 if it was the 1520 or Lumia Icon that would be better.

Yes i think u right.
xperia z2 has good specs but lower mp.
i'm not a photographer but want to know if photo quality depending mp or other aspect?

My experience with a Z1 was bad, it had good specs but misses OIS and the alghoritms where really bad even after many updates. So to me the 1020/1520 win easily don't know when compared to Z2.

Photo quality is more dependent upon the technology/software in the camera and the size of the print you're making. 20mp is capable of 18x12 prints, 40mp is capable of 26x17 (rough estimate). What I'd consider more important is the software that goes into processing the photos and the technology behind the camera since it impacts the color accuracy and graininess (two items that I consider more important than MP).
