Nokia Lumia 1520 stuck in spinning gear reboot! Help Please??

Hello all. My Nokia Lumia 1520 for AT&T was recently updating to the latest insider build this morning 9-11-15 and in the middle of installing the update the phone became stuck in a perpetual spinning gear reboot. I've tried the hard reset button combinations to no avail the phone just keeps booting to the gears and then turning off only to turn back on again and boot to the gears every 3-5 minutes or so. Yes, I have taken the Sim Card and SD card out and I've tried downloading the Nokia Software Update but when I plug the phone into my computer neither the software nor my computer recognizes the phone. Please help, I'm looking to force recovery back to Windows 8 or 8.1. I've already have Windows 10 downloaded and installed on another 1520 and had no problems so I'm unsure as to why it isn't working on this one and why it has essentially bricked it.

Try the windows phone recovery tool? Except for the hard reset combo, did you try the soft reset?
