Nokia Lumia 520 reset question

Hello,I need to reset my Lumia 520 to factory settings.My question is, if I do so, will it delete ALL my apps, including Lumia Cinemagraph and Lenses? Or will it only delete apps I have installed.(Cinemagraph came preloaded)

It will delete the apps, however any preinstalled apps are part of the rom and will restore.
So Cinemagraph will restore.
All apps you installed won't, unless you restore from a backup.

Correct but a small addition. Only the apps which are not pulled from the store will restore if you use a backup.

I seriously have no idea... The phone came back from the Nokia Care center with these installed. I didn't install them, the service people did. Will they get deleted?

So can I back them up? How do I do so?
