On the gears, Were stuck on "100% preparing for installing" for a while though.

Update 1: Just escaped the gears \(*^*)/ now on migrating data.
Update 2: I'm in!

Same experience I had. I thought I had problems at first but finally just walked away and left it alone and when I came back it was done.

The only think I wish for in windows phone is a quick settings type menu or something so I don't have to go into the settings app to turn WiFi and auto rotate on and off..
