I am also facing the same problem. It is showing that My phone is up-to-date.
I checked from Nokia care ,they told me that amber update is still not available for Lumia 620.
I know a way to update your lumia 620 to Amber.
Update your firmware(1030.6407.1308.0001) to 1030.6407.1308.0002 from Nokia Care or using the Nokia Software Updater Retail 3.0.4.
Then check for updates from your phone go to-> settings->phone updates.
Lumia Amber update will be available for you onw.

1. Other memory, it still amounts upto 700 mb with limited apps...
2. Duplicate songs on Memory card...
Has any1 experienced the same problems??

Finally updated my phone through Nokia Software Update for retail...... took about 45 mins( including the 1.26GB firmware file ).

other storage is now dynamic, before update it was static. When phone don't use some files, it will be deleted automatically after some time, reducing your other's storage.

how to connect Lumia 620 with nokia software updater? Which version need to install of Nokia software updater. Please post the link. And also tell on which OS it work fine. I m using it on Windwos 8

Will have to wait for some more time or else I will have to reset the phone......have formatted memory card thrice but still duplicate files come up in music & videos....

did you upload your songs to the skydrive...? the songs uploaded to skydrive will appear in the hub as duplicated files...

download NSU 3.0.8 from 4shared.com or other such websites. you will connect to system using an USB cable. OS is not a problem here!!

Nope only camera images r uploaded to skydrive...nothing else...

Do not uplode any thing on skydrive.....factory reset your mobile n format ur sd card... It will help u...

Yes...it will show .0002, Update your to phone to .0002 and you will get the amber update through OTA. I have done same thing and my phone with amber running perfectly. Don't forget to take backup of your phone before flashing to 0002.
