Nokia Lumia 620 is hanging and switching off

hi ,
My 620 is hanging after few seconds it is switching off, and not switching on though i press the lock key for a while.
if i reinsert the battery then it is working.

i am facing this issue form the first week it self.now i sent it to nokia care.

what kind of problem it is ? will the nokia india replaces my mobile.

I think is a 1308.. problem my Lumia 620 is still on the Nokia Logo.. Going to reflash it today because I can't get warranty from the U.S

Your problem is probably different from the OP.
@chowdarym --> your phone or battery was probably defective. If it was in warranty Nokia may replace it. They will tell you what the problem is.

I see.. anyways my phone is working again http://forums.windowscentral.com/nokia-lumia-620/223361-phone-cant-boot-stucks-nokia-logo.html.. I still love it!

Might be low on memory. Try clearing some memory. If that doesn't work, it might be firmware related. Try updating your firmware through Nokia Software Updater for Retail.
