Nokia Lumia 630 - Viber "No Service" Problem

Hi,
Please help on how to fix the Viber "No Service" problem here in UAE, Dubai.
I have android mobile and there is no problem in connecting to Viber's service. But in my new Nokia Lumia 630 Dual Sim (Windows 8.1) mobile, this problem happens.

For additional info, i'm always connected to wifi, i also try to re-install it, i also try to turn off the location services.

Hope this will fix asap.

I'm on a Lumia 925, and encounter the same issue with Viber (in Saudi Arabia). I've used the app of both Android and iOS with no issues, but Viber on Windows Phone seems to throw this at me. pls y

Hi. I am in USA on T-mobile with Nokia Lumia Icon and I got the same issue. The Viber can not use my cellular network on Windows Phone 8.1 just the wifi. Please help out. Thank you very much.
