Nokia Lumia 635 or Lumia 925

I have a Nokia Lumia 635 and its a good phone but Internet Explorer tends to close on me when I go to phonearena.com or go to big websites so I'm wondering is it worth upgrading to an AT&T variant of the Nokia Lumia 925?

I did exactly that on TMOBILE. Half the WebPages I went to would close automatically on the 635. Since I switched to the 925 I never had that problem. Better memory makes the difference I suppose?

I just visited phonearena.com on my L920 (1GB or RAM) and the site just works correctly, no crashes or lag on IE.

Yes, the extra RAM makes difference to render complex web sites.

A huge difference. I might just save up for a touch screen Windows 8.1 laptop instead.
