Nokia Lumia 635 Windows 10 Installation Removed Settings And Store App Completly

Both Settings And The App Store Are No Where To Be Found Not Even Under The App List. I've Tried Soft Resetting My Phone But It Doesn't Help And I Can't Do A Hard Reset Due To Not Being Able To Access Settings.

you might have to downgrade back to 8.1 using the windows device recovery tool and then upgrade back to your version of w10
