Nokia Lumia 720 Hard reset issue

Hi

last days my mobile was hanged regularly.then i did reset my mobile through setting system. I started night 11 pm reset my mobile but its not stop till now 11 pm (24 hours) .plz help me .i would like to stop it or other solution stop reset .two wheel shown in my mobile before 24 hours..really i am irritated.
Plz help me and give suitable solution

How many times do we have to do the Soft Reset..
I tried but its not working..
How to do Hard reset??

For hard reset, navigate to settings->about->reset phone

Soft reset: Hold Volume Down + Power buttons for 10 seconds. Your phone should then restart.

If that doesn't work, try removing the SIM card. This should prompt a reboot.

My phone's screen got cracked, and I reset it before giving it for repair. Now that I got the screen replaced, 'the spinning wheels' I tried the soft reset couple of times, it would vibrate, then the Nokia screen would come up, and the wheels again. The same would happen if try the hard reset (vol. down+ power+ camera keys). Also, the phone was on charging all the time. Can't turn off the phone. Either the wheels display or the low battery cell. What am I doing wrong?
P.S Nokia Lumia 720 is my model.

Have u guys tried power button, after it vibrates press volume up once, it will show an exclamation mark then press volume down then camera button then volume down, it will show you the two gears as it resets and ul be good to go
