Apparently was a pricing error, they're all sold out now though.

Bad day for Argos, by UK law they have to honour the sales that went through before they pulled it.

Not true, unfortunately for consumers. This happens all the time and people pretty much never get the goods.

In the states, if there is a published pricing error, all the vendor needs to do is post a disclaimer about the pricing error.

Ha! That's a great line for a sales reps to try. The Titan truly is an awesome phone. If there's no news on the Lumia 900/Titan II by March, I'll more than likely get an off contract Titan.

I felt like you initially, I was going to wait for Apollo goodness too, but after that, there'll be something new around the corner no doubt.

You have to jump in sometime or you'll be there forever with your current phone.

I didn't go the Lumia 800 route though as much as I love the design of it, it was no better than my Omnia 7 was, so decided to just save up for weeks on end and buy my Titan.

So glad I did, if 3 get the Nokia 900 or something else I can always use that with my upgrade.

That's my 2p's worth.

I think you're right, Weebear. May as well enjoy a newer handset whilst knowing I'll have an upgrade in the bank for a lovely new Apollo handset.

Yes that's how I felt Big Supes, I just wanted a bigger screen (FFC is of no interest to me although I have that now) and the only option here just now is the Titan.

Now I'm as happy as a pig in poo, and don't have to wait and wait and wait!

Actually if it is a legitimate error they do not need to honour the sale. This is a common misconception.

We are still waiting for the spectrum to be made available and auctioned off to the muppets that want it. We will be lucky if we see any major 4G roll out in the UK much before the end of 2013.
