After some time on youtube my Nokia lumia 820 crashes. Screen and keys don't response. This problem solve with reboot! Nokia care I' m coming! (It runs Windows phone 8.1)

nokia care won't help you

Because your phone runs developer preview, enabling preview for developer void your warranty. (but it depends on carrier or the manufacturer who made your phone)
when you get the official update (lumia cyan, will roll-out in early summer) your warranty will get to you perfectly ;-)

Yeah that's right, but according to Microsoft and Nokia Windows Phone 8.1 Preview for Dev runs without problems....

Mine did this too just a de momente ago, glad ti hear it's not broken or something, i think it's because of the update, hopefully we'll see this fixed when cyan is released

That's not entirely true.

We won't know for sure unless we get a direct quote from Nokia, but MS has stated it MAY void the warranty. Leaving legal leeway for them, but its still very much an "official" update. Go talk to Care and see what they say.
