Nokia Lumia 920 not receiving new email from Outlook.com', what should I do?

Nokia Lumia 920 not receiving new email from Outlook.com'

When i go to my Outlook account on my phone, my Hotmail shows "syncing," but the only messages in my inbox are from May. I deleted them tonight to see if that would help but no luck.
