If you have a warranty on it I would take it to the shop. You can also try to revive it by using the Nokia care suite.

First you can't post your email in open forum so I have removed that.


Next it looks like you are trying to say your phone is stuck on the Nokia screen. Try holding the power button and the down volume button at the same time for 20 seconds. This should cause your phone to reset.
