How do Nokia maps compare to Google maps? Are the Nokia maps as accurate as Google. How well do the off line maps work?

Will the windows 8X phones from HTC use Nokia maps or Bing

So since Nokia Maps are going on all windows 8 phones, will they replace bing maps. I would only find it useful if Nokia Maps was fully integrated into the OS. Like typing on a link to an address on a Nokia 900 goes to Bing Maps and not Nokia Maps..ect.
