Nokia MixRadio acting up

So, I got Windows Phone 8.1 installed and right after I noticed that MixRadio was messing around with my tunes by displaying the wrong album cover, showing the .mp3 extension as well as adding a number to the song title. The latter two are only affecting all of my newly synced songs but the former is just messing up all the songs. I've been using the Windows Phone 8.1 sync app for Mac. Any help or suggestion will be much appreciated.

P.S.: The extension and numbering problem also carries over onto the Music Hub app but not the album cover problem.

Problem solved!!!
Apparently only songs converted from FLAC to MP3 were causing these problems on Windows Phone 8.1. These didn't happen on Windows Phone 8. The album cover problem was fixed through a simple restart of the phone. Everything is now back to normal.
