Nokia Nearby App

Hi Guys,

Came across this new app, Nokia Nearby

1) is this out yet? - apparently someone commented that he is using it already ... but I cant seem to find it on Nokia Apps / Marketplace

2) this app is very similar to Nokia City Lens - many overlapping functions, does anyone know the Key differences ?

3) Connectivity issues - do I need Data Plan / or Wifi to use this app?

4) saw some articles that this app was created for Asha family, Series 40 platform. Does it work on WP8 - L920 ? or is this all new diff app ?

that was what i initatilly thought ...
but if you look at the date released via youtube...it is on the 4th Feb 2013....
so my first guess was that it is a Windows Phone 8 app instead....
