I thought the same but at the end of the video below the Nokia logo it says Windows Phone....

2.) Normandy
3.) Probably some imaging stuff
4.) There could be other pieces of networking tech.

Nokia does more than just the Lumia line. And Icon is a US only device, so an international stage is not the appropriate place to announce it.

How did you get ahold of the phone? And how about the battery life?
