Nokia Recovery Tool not working for lumia 520 boot loop problem

Hi ,
I have stucked my lumia 520 boot loop with low battery it was showing nokia and red battery and restarts and now after that only gets vibrates nothing more.
I have installed lumia software recovery.
Following is the picurte i am getting
I have pressed the power button and volume down no vibration appears

You need to hold down that button combination continuously until the vibration happens.
