Nokia Screen Repair - New Device?

I sent my phone in to Nokia for the screen touch issue in late September. Got the phone back yesterday and either they replaced the casing on the phone, or they just gave me a new phone with my original IMEI flashed to it.

The reason I say that is because I dropped the phone and one corner was chipped slightly. But the phone they sent back has no dings whatsoever.

They most likely replace the case for you.

That's probably what it is then. With the new case and the new digitizer and screen (they had to replace that too), it looks like a brand new phone.

I thought Physical damage was not covered my screen cracked in my pocket today and was thinking of walking into a microsoft store tonight to see what they could do since the nokia website directs me to a 3rd party site
