I found in youtube video where is using Nokia smart cam app. As I see this app is not in the store now. I have lumia 640 and 930. Could I some how get this app on my phone?

'May be' if you somehow manage to get the install-able file for it, option might be to side load it if you have Windows 10 mobile preview on.
