Nokia storyteller availability

I saw on a news site that Nokia storyteller is available for all Lumia devices with amber. I went to the store and it says the device is not compatible. I have amber + gdr3 preview. Has anyone been able to install this?

I have it, but on the Nokia website they make it seem like you need Black update to use it. Maybe wait until you get the update and then try again?

It became available for my phone late last night (Lumia 920, Netherlands Country Variant)
