Hi everyone,
So I have a Lumia 822 that refuses to recognize the SD card. I got this phone used on eBay BTW. I looked up the IMEI number under the Warranty Status page on Nokia US and lo and behold, the phone still had warranty left over. So I promptly contacted them via Twitter and after exchanging about 6 or 7 tweets they asked me to send the phone into their repair center. I thought that was pretty cool. I did tell them that I was not the original buyer and that did not seem to bother them. I will post an update once I hear back further from them and see if they agree to fix the phone for free of course

Update:
I have since had Nokia Care fix about three more devices.
