Non working notification center

Dear all,
I have a small problem. I got my Band 2 two weeks. Everything was going well. However, I had DOA Lumia 950XL and got a new one. Yesterday i got it and i had to re-connect my Band 2 to my new Lumia 950XL.

Everything went alright, apart from two things.
My notification center and facebook messenger are totally not working. Nothing is showing up. However, calling sms and facebook icon, etc. are all working. I have even done a factory reset. It doesnt help. Any advice?

I had a similar issue. I did a 2 button reset on the band and all seems to be back.

I have similar issue with notifications. My band is connected to Lumia 950. Should I factory reset the band and start again? Or maybe I should reinstall Microsoft Health on my phone. @strikerbird, did you manage to solve it? Please share.
