Not able to add debit card for payment in app store. why???

Hi..
Y Im not able to add my debit card as a payment option for buying apps from windows phone store...
I have tried different debit cards of VISA.. Im from India...

We'll need more information than that. What does it say when you try to add it? I'd also suggest contacting Windows Phone support about this.

Debit card option is not available..
Only credit card is available..
If i add debit card via phone payment option will get added, but iam not able to purchase.. It shows card is expired...

Credit card and debit card are functionally the same thing so you shouldn't worry about not seeing a debit card option. I would still suggest contacting the Windows Phone support at http://gethelp.live.com/ and seeing what they can tell you.

Use paypal and add your debit card to it then choose to use your card not your paypal balance

You must have some cash for start in your card to add a payment method. I had the same issue.

Try using icici international debit card
Mine works perfect with App Store as well as play store
