Not able to call India Toll free nos

Hello Friends, I am from India and im new to this forum. I have a 925 and i found that i am not able to call toll free no(starting with 1800). I tried to check the phone setting and international assist is tuned off by default. so this seems to be not my issue. When ever i call a toll free no, it says "I have dialed a wrong no". Can any1 help me. Please.

Yes. But the call disconnects.

I have lumia 1020 i have no issues. which carrier do u have. my international assist was on once and that did give me a problem

I use Vodafone India. The issue looks crazy, the other day i went to other place(away from residence) and I tried and it worked. crazy
