Not able to rollback from wp10 to wp8.1

I have installed wp 10 tp. But, I am trying to roll back to wp 8.1 it was a huge file of 1.73 GB and after it downloaded the complete file, it started from 0 again.

seems the file corrupted. try delete it and start over again.
