Not booting to desktop

[Windows Central Question]

I downloaded Microsoft Windows 10. Apparently it did not download properly. It was almost done then it froze. I restarted it and now it says Windows is installing previous version, but it never boots to the desktop. It keeps restarting and saying installing previous version. It's been doing this for two days. Help!!!

Are you certain it froze? Downloading my upgrade took 45 minutes to download. Do you happen to have a restore disk/usb?
