Not enough disk space

I keep getting this error when trying to install the Anniversary update. Says I need 20gb free, I have 22, yet I'm still getting this error. I've tried inserting a USB key as Windows central says this will work. Keep getting the same error. Anyone been able to fix this?

Had the same error too, gave up in the end and did a fresh windows 10 install, then did the anniversary update.

Took a while, but now have a lot more space free and it is running better too.
