Not sending MMS

All of a sudden, I don't seem to be able to send MMS. 1020, anyone else having similar problem?
I get a "Can't send" message about 10 seconds after sending

Checm MMS APN settings, some carriers need them different from internet APN

It's fixed, not sure if it was the hard reset or using "Cellular Data", do I have to have Data enabled if I am connected to WIFI ?

Yes, in most cases you require an active cellular data connection to send MMS... There are a few exceptions though, if you have Wi-Fi Calling MMS can be routed through this, also I believe there may be rare cases when some providers provide MMS services over wireless even without Wifi-calling.
