Nothing Will Import

Every time I plug my Lumia Icon in to my computer, it auto-launches the Win8 Windows Phone app, which is fine, but then it starts importing my photos and videos, but fails every time. No matter how many items. It fails. And the error reason just says that it failed. Any idea why importing always fails?

do you have a passcode on your phone , if so just unlock it once and then try again

Nope, no passcode for me.

the app seems to be buggy to me :\
I manually cop/paste my files (old method )

No idea why it would fail, but opening the phone app always annoyed me. I didnt realise until later that you can change it by going to Default Programs -> AutoPlay in the control panel. Opening explorer works much better for me.
