As the title says, it's broken, I don't know what has caused it.
This is a fresh install of 10240 with updates.
I will receive toast fly outs of new notifications but when I click on the icon in the tray, nothing happens. or sometimes it opens then crashes.
When I click on the icon a lot or press Windows Key + A, it crashes all the fly outs, Start, Cortana, Network, Sound.
Can anyone help to solve this problem./
