Notifications Freeze in 14352

Anyone else experience this issue? So I will get a notification from my calendar or a message and the box will chill in the bottom right corner. If I hit the X, the dismiss button, the ok button, doesn't matter - the notification is stuck down there. Eventually it gets to the point where explorer.exe usually stops responding. This has happened on a Surface Book and a X1 Yoga. I've had to turn notifications off completely in the meantime.

I've also been getting a notification over and over again that windows has detected a problem with audio even though it is working fine. That is only on the surface book. Reinstalling drivers does nothing.

I got some updates on 14342 this morning on my surface book (first time in in 3 days) and my notifications clear without any problems. I have the SB with 8GB 256GB and the graphics card in the base.

The title states 14352, not 14342.
