Notifications multiplied or arriving all at once?

For the last few days, Twitter has been sending me notifications 3 times for each even.

Facebook Messenger sends all its notification in one shot so if, for example, someone wrote me 10 messages. I get no notifications for a while and then all of a sudden, ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding.

Kind of annoying. Am I the only one with this problem? Any solution?

I have this problem too, CNN and Twitter send multiple notifications for any event (breaking news, mentions, DMs)

Yeah, I've got the exact issue! Twitter delivers 4-5 notifications at once. I haven't tried to uninstall and reinstall it again to check if that solves the problem.

I have the same issue with twitter. Multiple notifications. I uninstalled the app. Reinstalled and things were ok. It's now started again

Ok well that fix didn't last. I'm back to multiple notifications and sometimes all at once...
