I have this very same issue.
Could you kindly let us know the web adress where you get the nvidia update?
I spent a lot of time looking for it, but I can't find out where is it.

Thank you.

Hello guys, I finally update my Dad's pc with Windows 10, had to download the Windows Media Creation Tool to bypass the Compatibility Issue screen.

So much thanks to everybody!

I'm running Machines EL1200-07w Desktop PC w/ AMD Athlon 2650se nForce 430 and found these solutions to the Windows 10 incompatibility problem. Download Windows 10 for installation on another computer. Then take that copy and use it to install it on your computer. It will tell you about the NIVIDIA just confirm and continue. When the installation finishes (Everything is big. Leave it alone) download and install Geforce 309.8 driver. I haven't made 10 posts so I can't share the links with you. No need to restart. It will magically fix before your eyes haha. Mine did. My computer is now running Windows 10 and it's beautiful. Resolution is perfect. No problems whatsoever. Also if you want to upgrade your amd athlon(tm) processor 2650e the only upgrade ever made for us was AMD ATHLON 64 le-1640. It will improve your CPU and it's cheap. About $20

Windows 10 and NForce 400 series motherboard chipset is compatible. The issue is the VGA, Windows 10 support start with GeForce 8 series. GeForce 7 series and above is not compatible. So Motherboard with a Geforce 6150SE VGA will not update.

Solution, uninstall all NVIDIA Geforce 6150SE driver. Buy a use compatible PCIE VGA card betneewn 5 to 40$

BFG GeForce GTX 260 MAXCORE 55 - 896MB, is a good card i find one for 10$
BFG Geforce GTX 260 Maxcore 55 896MB PCI E X16 Factory Overclocked Version 0876758004078 | eBay

Issue is solve and you even get 512Gb system sared memory to GeForce6150se wend you set PCIE 16X as primary video. Windows 10 run with 0.9Gb system memory at startup.
