Odd lock screen issue

I took my phone off of the charger this morning and noticed that my lock screen had changed itself from Facebook to Accuweather.

Now, every time I change it back to Facebook, it will work fine showing pictures from my Facebook albums for a short while, then eventually the lock screen album will be a black background instead of rotating pictures from Facebook albums.

I have reset the Facebook lock screen settings 3-4 times today. Bizarre...

Now my Facebook "live" tile is not "live" at all. It's just a static photo. I've tried re-pinning it twice now. WTF?
