Are you using the automated process via the get help app?

The get help app also offers an opportunity to connect to Microsoft support - I haven't checked that functionality during Covid-19... so your milage may vary.

tell a bit more about the oem key, is it a retail oem, came with that specific computer, or did it come with another computer.
