Ohh I've deleted backups rebooted. I think its an issue with wifi? I can get to 11%, turn off wifi and it will jump up to 98% and just sit there and error on disconnected from server. I think is almost all there. When I go to manage backups I says there is 76mb of app data.

hmm, my first OTA update was only 2mb and said it will make it easier for the 8.1 update. currently installing regardless...

This is an update before the update.... says it will make installing 8.1 easier? Maybe since I'm stock I'm getting this?

Great, I am on T-mobile and this update made everything work.
SMS
MMS
WIFI HotSpot
Voicemail
LTE
Although I only had problem with MMS and Internet Sharing, and now they work great.
PS: Manual APN is OFF

How did you get MMS working? on AT&T and can't figure it out

No bitlocker here, and no update. They fixed that issue already anyway, I'm pretty sure.

Anyone that has DP installed getting the update? Mine still says its up to date. I don't have DP turned on either. Just curious.. Also in NY, not sure if any other NY'er has received the update.
