Rogers just texted me to tell me they emailed me my tracking # (lol) Surprised they didn't call me to check my texts and mail me a letter to tell me to answer my phone... :cool:

Preordered IN A STORE on March 30, at 12 Central and I now have a tracking number with FedEx saying delivery by tomorrow at 3 pm. Whew! Have faith, folks, you'll get it too.

And I had to check the site, still no email.

The person I am talking to now just said "Thank you for holding. I have located your order. I am now checking to see if there is any tracking information available."

And now I get "Your device has been ordered during a special pre-order event. Pre-ordered devices are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify you by e-mail when your device has shipped from our warehouse."

Hello All,

Pre-ordered at the store in Crystal Lake, IL on April 1st at 5:30pm ish and I just got the tracking number which says delivery by 3:00PM tomorrow. I'm very excited to finally replace my trusty 1st gen Samsung Focus.

My new excuse is "I have located the order. Your device has been ordered during a special pre-order event. Pre-ordered devices are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The tracking number and the estimated delivery date has not been updated to the system, yet. You will receive an e-mail when the tracking information and delivery date is updated into the order. "

I ordered my lumia at 3:00 p.m. on 3/30 so I expected to be among the first to see a shipping status on the website. At 5:30 I called to see what was going on, and was told that there was some information pending on my order and it hadn't been processed (despite receiving a confirmation email on 3/30). They fixed whatever needed fixing (I'm pretty sure it was related to me shipping the phone to an address different than my billing address--in another state) and although they told me they couldn't predict where I was in the queue and that it was possible my phone wouldn't be shipped until Monday or Tuesday, I finally saw the shipped status about an hour later.

The lesson here is it's probably worth calling to see what's going on with your order to make sure it isn't stuck in the system. I flipped out after I was told it may not ship until next week, but they turned the order around very quickly once the issue was reconciled.

Hey Everyone. I just wanted to let you know that talking to a Rep or Checking the order status on the ATT web site has been very buggy. It shows processing, blah, blah.

However, i called 1-866-391-0749 and entered my WIRELESS number for my order and it stated that my order has been processed and is in the warehouse to be shipped and i should get an email soon.

This seemed to give me the most accurate information, so call that number! ;)

* this worked for me!!!! try it, i got a tracking number and it said my phone shipped!!!!!!
