Official Lockscreen app bugs

I have a few issues on my 920,

1. The pictures I choose is tinted brown in the lockscreen which is annoying, It's not tinted brown in the picture

2. Because of this I uninstalled the Beta app then after uninstall I kept having it say "resume" when waking it up from sleep mode and it took a few seconds to become responsive so I had to reinstall the app and use it even though it tints my lockscreen pics brown.

3. The phone is unresponsive for about 1 second after going in through the beta app.

The app is pretty disappointing and needs alot of work, I thought we'd be able to customize the thing but really we just get a few more static themes with different animations. Still wondering why it is tinting my pics brown.

Also they need to combine Glance and Lockscreen, I love the concept of glance to give you quick info without doing anything but it's odd having what is essentially 2 lock screens. They just need to figure out how to enable the function of glance with the normal lockscreen.

They can't combine Glance and Lockscreen because not all phones support Glance, as it's something to do with the hardware, and it seems to be appearing on a shrinking number of handsets now. Combining the two would restrict usage to Glance supported phones only, and everyone else would kick up a major stink about it.

Unresponsiveness - normal given it's status. Code hasn't yet been optimised and isn't final.

Resume after uninstalling bug - can be fixed by turning kids corner on then off. Detailed in a recent article on here somewhere.

Brown tint - I've not come across that on my 620 using the new Lockscreen. Very strange.

Ok what I'm saying is why have glance AND Lockscreen? If a phone support the glance function why not just have the Lockscreen pop up with a glance or swipe?

If a phone doesn't support glance then Lockscreen acts like it did before, if a phone supports glance then the lockscreen pops up with a glance or swipe.

We don't need 2 lockskcreens it's weird and kind of makes glance in efficient.

Also after testing only the First them option in the Beta apps tints the pictures brown it does this with any picture I choose for that theme. Sucks cause to me that is the only New Theme worth using.

See anything wrong with it? Well, the other has the date in Finnish while the other in English (Note that the time for my calendar event is actually in English in both cases tho)

I have set my system's language to English because I like it that way but my region is set to Finland. Why is that other Lock screen still partially in Finnish? Reboot didn't fix it.

This happened to me once but it was fixed when I just turned the phone off and the on again.

It will be much better if at all they integrate the new lockscreen with old password block...the old lockscreen with password works flawless because they are baked in to the OS and also they are linked as if they are one...but the new lockscreen app is like having two layers one for the lockscreen animation and the other for the password if it is enabled....Did anyone observe this difference.?

I have a new bug in Live Lock Screen Beta. This morning my sister called me wanting some advice about her 1020. So, after a while I went to unlock my 1520 (WP8.1 Update 1 - Cyan) and the lock screen was offset by the top bar showing I was in a call. You'll see what I mean from this picture -



I have tried to measure it in Paint.net - the top bar showing the call info is 112 pixels, but it looks like the offset of the circular clock is about 75 pixels. I probably wouldn't have notices with any of the lock screens other than the clock type.

Anyone else getting this?

I dont understand why there is no udate out yet. Rudy Huyn himself said at the end of July on his twitter account that he sent patch to MS so why didnt they publish it to the store?

Anyone noticed this bug "Suddenly when you unlock your phone everything on the screen just zooms up.Only way to revert to normal is restarting.."..I have come across this atleast two times..up to now
