20-30kbps is beacue of my isp and my internet plan

Download 'Nokia Software Updater' http://www.techspot.com/downloads/5597-nokia-software-updater.html
Move the downloaded folder to *Nokia\Packages\Products > Select 'work offline' in Server configuration > Attach device...
Follow NSU Instructions.

The update through pc is is around 1.3GB so OTA should be close to 1.30gb itself.

I Successfully upgraded to Amber. I used Nokia Care Suite to download the Brazil country variant and flashed it with care suite. Worked well. My AT&T RM-915 Lumia 520 is no longer branded. I had to change the language to English when done but other than that, loving it. One odd thing though is that there is no double tap to wake.

Is there a reason you used the Brazil variant over the others?

Yes actually. I first checked the Amber availability on the Nokia page. I went through the country variants for Latin America, Europe and North America etc to see the availability status for the Country Variant of that region. Most were listed as coming soon. but Finland and Brazil were listed as available. The Nokia Lumia 520 I own is RM-915 and I bought it off Amazon (it was an AT&T Go Phone). I unlocked it and wanted it debranded but the region I'm from, (The Caribbean) has no country variants that are available. I checked here for the product code of the Brazillian Variant and then used Nokia care Suite to download the firmware and then flash it as the Brazillian Country Variant is RM-915 unlike the Indian variant which is RM-914 I assume.
