i think the double tap to wake will be implemented for Lumia 620 in the next display+touch update

Does the GDR2 update fix the song duplication issue?

I own a Lumia 620. I'm practically living on music and the music duplicating itself on my phone totally bugs me out. I still haven't updated to GDR2+Amber, so can someone tell me if the duplication issue has been fixed???

battery life after GRD2 decreased....
but i guess it is due to new fresh F/W flashing.... I hope it will get normal with time... :/ :/

According to Nokia, its actually supposed to get 10% better.

i too feel the battery longetivity has decreased..... i think it could be because of
1) Glance
2) apps running in the background as they automatically are allowed to run in the background ( i blocked quite a few of them and the phone seem to be doing well)

Hei dear friends i have another problem: when i tried to block a number it shows an error which was not there in the beginning. here is the screen shot


This is in the call and SMS filter settings, when i tried to open the settings the above thing came and will not open (i had used before when i had just finished updating to GDR2, that time it was working well)

Post gdr2 me tile issues have crept up the 1020 also has it, cant update the me tile pic ...always the latest (by date) from Facebook is displayed ..any work around would be appreciated

ya i know bt mine decreased after updating.... using phone same as i did before the update.... almost 20-30% decreased.. :/ :/

Ya it may be. Some people say yes n some ppl say no. But if u ask me then don't flash ur phone bcoz many ppl are facing problems after flash. So think and flash ur phone.

I have flashed my phone when firmware became available on Nokia Care Suite. Now if I connect my phone to Nokia Software Updater for Retail 3.0.8 is says Warranty - Valid in this country (India, in my case) while showing the firmware no what I have.

Even my 620's battery is getting drained a lot after the update :-( i have turned off glance and blocked all background apps, now it's 100% battery n checked with "Quick settings" app n it show's 16 Hr 34 min, before amber update it was 1 day 16 hr.

camera quality after gdr2 &amber update

It was supposed that the camera quality will be enhanced after Gdr2 and amber update, but it got bad .
Before update it was good but after update the images are not so clear.
I think the focus for the camera got bad.
