just contact nokia care or @nokiahelps on twitter online..nothing more you can do..

It means your phone is running Lumia Amber, so it is up to date!

hello everyone?
am in Rwanda and my country is not listed (Availability in Africa - Nokia), then when i go to setting ›› extras+info i find software release " lumia Amber" but when i check on setting ›› phone update the message is your phone is up to date.
plz can someone help me how to get lumia amber? because can't wait...

Hey guys, I've updated my phone (L820) today and it's version is even higher than Amber but it's not really amber. At least it's not called that way. I can use Nokia Smart Cam but didn't get glance screen, rotate to mute feature, calls and sms blocker... I have L820 for Germany region and Vodafone operator. Why I didn't get those features? Help me please because I want them. There are no more updates left...

download sysapp pusher from store. Install/update glance,audio,accessories,display and all.
Already answered here many times. Please search a lil before worrying.
