Oil buildup on power keyboard?

I'm continuing to love the free power keyboard I got for my Lumia 2520, especially now that I'm back in school, but I've noticed a lot of oil building up around the touchpad and on the spacebar. I have naturally somewhat oily skin, so I'm not surprised or anything, but it's still a bit of an eyesore, and I can't seem to get rid of the oil stains with any of the cloths or whatever that I've used so far. Any advice, or should I just get used to it?

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser will clean it with no problems...
