On my 950/XL, can I get it running on WP8.1?

Do you guys think it will be posiblle to load WP8.1 on Lumia 950/XL since we all know WM10 is far from beeing what WP 8.1 is today???

Absolutely not.

No phone will run an OS older than what it shipped with.

The iPhone 5s isn't going to run iOS 5, the Galaxy S 4 probably won't run Android Donut, the Lumia 635 won't run Windows Phone 8.0. The same here.
