On my Lumia 1020 I am having issues after the update, can anyone help?

i have the lumia 1020

and i have upgraded to windows 8,1.now when i open explorer after some hours it turns off and i can not make some features of the tiles like i can not put the four tiles into one.i went to adjusments but it diminish the all screen

I'm not sure what you mean by explorer, but the live folders are not available on WP 8.1, only the dev preview of GDR1. If you are talking about tile resizing, though, you hold your finger on the tile, wait for the 2 circles to appear, then tap the circle with the arrow, not the thumbtack. Keep tapping it until your tile is small.
