In my lumia n 520 w8,not open in ip address

In my lumia n 520 w8,did i connect college wifi ,in wifi is connect ,but it not open any website .it 's ok i take it easy after did i try to ip address .in ip address page cannot open .their have some address pls help me .i entry my clg ip address
